Yes, of course. Please keep in mind that certain items, such as kitchen knives may sligtly differ in colour from the pictures. This is due to different monitor brightness and colours that can often vary between users.
However, you will get a very good idea of what colour the product(s) are by looking through both the pictures and text descriptions. You will certainly not receive for example, a dark blue kitchen knife if you have ordered light blue.

Every customer will receive an email from Gourmet Cook Ltd, which will provide a detailed receipt of the item(s) purchased within 30 minutes of purchase (often instantly).

We must receive the product within 14 calendar days of when your item(s) were delivered.
Once the item(s) you would like to return have been received by us, you will receive a full refund.
Please ensure that the product(s) you wish to return are repackaged and in the original, unused condition.

Some items may take longer due to the specialty of the item i.e. Kitchen knives and sets can take longer due to the courier requirements. For example, items must be packaged correctly and securely. Kitchen knives and sets must also be checked to ensure that they adhere to UK laws and regulations. So please take this into consideration when purchasing sharp objects.
If you have ordered a non-sharp object(s), you will receive your order within 3 working days. However, Bank holidays can affect this.
You will receive tracking information from either DPD or Royal Mail in your email inbox once your order is marked as complete (you will also receive an email with this update from Gourmet Cook Ltd).
If you can not find tracking information after you have received the order complete status email, please contact us and we will let you know where your order is.
